摘要
当前大学竞争重点转向以治理创新为核心的内涵发展。内涵发展与大学治理的内在逻辑具有辩证性。由于各种条件的限制,我国大学治理中依然存在着各种内部与外部困境,已成为内涵发展的路障。实现大学内涵发展,必须通过整体性改革,克服治理失灵,推动大学治理创新。
The current competition between universities shifts to the connotative development, whose core is the innovation of university governance. The connotative development and university governance have inner links of the logics. However, due to the various conditions, university governance in our country still has all kinds of problems at present, which have become the barriers in the connotative development of university. For the connotative development, we must promote the comprehensive reforms to avoid the failure of governance, and promote innovations of the university governance.
