摘要
分析将20 kV作为中压等级应用于新建高负荷密度区域的可行性,认为应建立变电站和网架统一优化的电压层级优选模型。在概括和分析现有变电站规划模型和馈线规划模型的基础上,建立了综合考虑变电站配置和网络结构的电压层级优化模型并给出求解思路,该模型通过比较不同电压层级下的优化方案,获得满足远期负荷要求的最优层级方案。
This paper analyzes feasibility of applying 20 kV in newly established high load density area and considers necessity to establish optimization model of voltage levels for substation and network structure. On the basis of summarizing and ana- lyzing existing substation programming model and feeder programming model, it builds voltage level optimization model which comprehensively considers configuration of the substation and network structure and provides solving ideas. This mo- del may obtain optimal level scheme for satisfying forward load requirement by comparing various optimization schemes for different voltage levels.
