摘要 最新防滑系统国际标准规定,制动防滑系统性能测试主要采用仿真台架测试,以替代在操作上有难度的轨道测试,从而减少制动防滑系统的测试时间和成本。通过对国际上现行的防滑系统相关标准进行系统研究和对比分析,结合高速列车防滑系统的开发和测试经验,设计了一种满足相关标准的防滑系统仿真台架测试方法。该测试方法基于硬件在环系统,分别建立了黏着模型、车辆性能模型和防滑控制模型。最后,通过对比分析和仿真测试对防滑仿真模型进行了验证,为高速列车防滑系统的研发、测试创造了条件。 According to the latest international standard of brake anti-slide system, the test on simulation rig as a replacement for track tests with operation difficulties, is mainly applied to the performance test of anti-slide system and then it can reduces the times and costs of brake anti-slide system test. In this paper, through systematic research and comparative analysis on the relevant international stand- ards of anti slide system at present, a test method on simulation rig of anti-slide system is proposed, combined with development and test experience of WSP system for high-speed train. This test method is based on hardware in loop system, and some necessary models, such as adhesion models, vehicle performance models and anti-slide control models are built up respectively. Finally, the simulation model of anti-slide is validated through comparing analysis and simulation test, and therefore it provides the reference for the research, development and test of anti slide system of high-speed train.
