摘要
将倍压谐振整流技术引入等离子体污水处理高压直流电源研究,以移相全桥变换器为研究对象,分析其工作原理、初级开关管零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)条件、次级二极管零电流开关(ZCS)条件及占空比丢失问题改善情况。仿真及实验结果表明倍压谐振整流技术解决了次级二极管反向恢复问题,有效降低了次级二极管电压应力及次级变压器匝数。
This paper introduces voltage double rectifier technique to high voltage plasma power supply, where phaseshifted full-bridge converter is chosen and evaluated.The working principles are presented, and zero voltage zero current switching (ZVZCS) condition for primary switches, zero current switching (ZCS) condition for secondary diodes and duty cycle loss improvement are discussed.The simulation and experimental results both testify the affeetivity of voltage double rectifier technique for diode reverse current issue elimination, and voltage stress of the diode and secondary transformer turns are both decreased.
