摘要
为研究枇杷叶总黄酮的抗氧化能力,采用超声波提取方法,以乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间以及料液比为考察因素,对枇杷叶总黄酮的提取条件进行单因素及正交试验,并且测定了枇杷叶总黄酮对DPPH.的抗氧化活性。结果表明,枇杷叶总黄酮的提取最佳工艺为:乙醇体积分数为70%,超声提取温度为80℃,超声提取时间为75 min,料液比为1∶30;抗氧化活性试验表明,枇杷叶总黄酮的抗氧化作用比较明显。
Total flavonoids in Eriobotrya japonica (Thumb.) Lindl. was extracted with ultrasonic-assisted extraction process and analyzed for their DPPH scavenging activity. The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, and material/liquid ratio were evaluated for optimizing the extraction procedure of total flavonoids. The optimal extraction conditions were: concentration of alcohol 70%, extraction temperature 80℃, extraction time 75 min and radio of solid to liquid 1:30. The total fiavonoids from Eriobotrya japonica (Thumb.) Lindl. had marked antioxidant activities.
