摘要
设计了电磁铸造的基本设备,研究了小型扁锭的铸造工艺和成型的基本规律,测 量了电磁场分布和液柱高度与形状。结果表明电流和屏蔽对液柱高度有很大影响,屏 蔽位置影响着液柱形状,在一定条件下屏蔽有一最佳位置。
Essential equipment of electromagnetic casting (EMC) has been designed, and EMC process for sma1l square ingot and the shaping behaviour of liquid meta1 has been investigated. The electromagnetic field and height and shape of the liquid metal column have been measured. It is shown that the current and screen influence the height and shape of the liquid column strongly. Under a cerain condition there exists a best position for the screen.
