摘要
巴美肉羊是内蒙古自治区最新培育成的肉羊新品种。具有很高的研究价值。选择屠宰试验时4、6、8月龄巴美肉羊、小尾寒羊和苏尼特羊的背最长肌、股二头肌、臂三头肌肉样,通过测定其常规理化指标(水分、灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量)和功能指标(必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸、矿物质含量),评价巴美肉羊的营养品质。结果表明,巴美肉羊常规理化指标没有明显优势,但随着月龄增加,其灰分含量显著降低(p<0.05),而粗脂肪含量显著增加(p<0.05),但从6月龄至8月龄,灰分含量和粗脂肪含量没有明显变化。同时,巴美肉羊组氨酸含量以及钙、铜含量均显著大于对照组肉羊(p<0.05),且由于组氨酸对于婴幼儿营养有重要作用,从而表现出巴美肉羊具有一定的营养优势。
Bamei lamb is a new species that cultivated in Inner Mongolia, and has high research val- ue. In this experiment, the longissimus muscle, biceps femoris and arm triceps muscle of 4, 6, and 8 months Bamei lamb, small tailed han sheep and shunite sheep were selected. Through detecting the con- vention physicochemical (content of moisture, ash, crude protein and fat) and functional index (content of essential amino acid, nonessential amino acid, and mineral substance) , tile nutritional quality o lamb was evaluated. The results showed that he convention physicochemical index of Bamei significant advantage, the content of ash decreased significantly (p 〈 0. 05 ) , whereas, the con fat raised significantly ( p 〈 0.05) along with increasing age.
