摘要
全封闭SF6气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)中隔离开关操作产生的特快速暂态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO)会严重影响电力系统的稳定性及相关设备的安全运行。通过研究GIS隔离开关的击穿过程和电弧的发展变化过程,进而采用合理的电弧模型进行仿真计算,对于得到较为准确的VFTO波形有重要意义。笔者对当前VFTO仿真中GIS隔离开关的传统电弧模型、改进模型及电弧特性的试验研究等进行了详细的介绍,分析了不同电弧模型的优缺点和实用价值,探究了VFTO仿真中GIS隔离开关电弧模型的研究趋势,旨在为同行提供一个可探讨的理论平台和有益的参考。
Very fast transient overvohage (VFTO) is produced when the disconnector operations in gas insulated switchgear (GIS),which has a great impact on the power system stability and the safety operation of electric equipment. The simulation technology is an important research method for studying the characteristics of VFTO. Studying the development and parameter variation of switching arc of disconnector in GIS is significant for obtaining the standard VFTO wave form. This paper elaborates almost all switching arc models of disconnector in GIS for the current VFTO simulation. Traditional switching arc models,improved switching arc models and the experimental research of arc characteristic are discussed and summarized. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of the different arc models are analyzed. Finally, the trend and further problems of GIS switching arc model for VFTO simulation are overviewed. This paper aims to provide a systematic theory platform for discussion and a beneficial reference to peer scholars.
