摘要
流延成形是生产陶瓷基板的主要成形方法。笔者在长期的流延生产实践中,总结出影响陶瓷基板成形的质量因素:流延浆料质量、流延机的控制精度及其流延工艺。
The tape casting is a importance method for ceramic substrate. The author＇s sum up the factors effect on ceramic substrate in long term tape casting produce：the paste quality for tape casting, the control accurate for tape casting mechnical, tape casting technology.
