摘要
医疗纠纷成了社会各界关注的热点,其成因有医疗机构方面的原因、患者及家属的原因,也有社会因素。防范诸多的医疗纠纷不仅要加强医院管理,强化医德医风建设,而且要有防范预警机制,同时也要加强医疗系统的法律法规建设。
Medical dispute has become a focus of attention from all walks of life, its causes are reasons of medical institutions, the canses of the patient and family, also have social factors. Prevention of medical disputes is not only to strengthen hospital management, strengthening the construction of medical ethics, but also have to guard against early warning mechanism, but also to strengthen the construction of the laws and regulations of the medical system.
