摘要
目的:观察中频电刺激治疗痔瘘术后尿潴留的疗效。方法:选择2012年1月～2012年12月行痔瘘手术的80例住院患者。随机分为2组各40例,治疗组采用中频电刺激治疗;对照组采用电针治疗。结果:两组总有效率差异无显著性意义,治疗后至第1次排尿时间方面对照组低于治疗组,但在排尿量、平均尿流率方面,治疗组优于对照组。结论:中频电刺激是治疗痔术后尿潴留简单安全有效的方法。
objective To observe the curative effect of intermediate frequency electrical stimulation treatment of urinary retention after anal fistula surgery. Methods In 2012 January - 2012 December 80 patients with anal fistula operation.In 2012 January - 2012 December 80 patients with anal fistula operation. Were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each,The treatment group with medium frequency electric stimulation therapy; The control group was treated with electroacupuncture. Results The total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference, After treatment to first micturition time in the control group than the treatment group, But in the urine volume, urinary flow rate, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion Medium frequency electric stimulation is method of treatment of hemorrhoids postoperative urinary retention of simple safe and effective.
