普通运血箱长距离运输红细胞悬液过程中的冷链的研究

摘要 目的:研究使用普通运血箱和冷源包装红细胞制品,在长距离运输过程中维持冷链的可行性。方法:选择普通湿冰、水袋、普通运血箱隔离红细胞制品并观察温度变化。结果:运输组A和运输组B的箱内温度与对照组比较差别有统计学意义,运输组C的箱内温度与对照组比较差别无统计学意义。结论:普通运血箱结合自制湿冰、水袋的方式储存红细胞悬液,能够满足其要求。 Objective To study the feasibility of maintaining the temperature o f RBCs during long - time transportation using common materials and cold source. Method The RBCs concentrate were packed in common blood transportation container, which was filled with 4℃ water bag and wet ice from -25℃ environmental temperature, the temperature of the RBCs were recorded during transportation. Result the temperature in the cabinet of transportation group A and group B was higher than that of control group, the difference shows statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 ) , the difference between transportation group C and control group doesnt show statistical significance (P 〉 0.05) Conclusion: The common blood transportation container, and cold source can maintain RBCs concentrate for cold control transport temperature.
