C反应蛋白检测在新生儿感染性疾病中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在新生儿感染性疾病中的临床应用价值。方法:将2010年1月~2011年1月325例住院新生儿分别归入感染组(179例)和非感染组(146例),入院时测CRP、血培养、血常规,抗生素治疗3~4 d后复查上述指标,比较CRP与其他感染指标的敏感性、有效性。结果:CRP阳性率:感染组为67.6%,非感染组为28.1%。感染组CRP阳性率明显高于非感染组,两者比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),与血培养及血常规比较,CRP诊断新生儿感染的敏感度、特异度更高。结论:CRP在细菌感染的新生儿中明显升高,CRP是一个较好的新生儿细菌感染的早期检测指标,利于指导临床,早期用药。 Objective : the study of C - reactive protein ( CRP ) in neonatal infection diseases and its clinical application value. Methods : from January 2010 2011 January 325 cases inpatient neonates were attributed to infection group ( 179 cases ), non infection group ( 146 cases). At the time of admission test CRP, blood cultures, blood routine, antibiotic treatment for 3 to 4 d after the review of the index, compared with the CRP infection of other indicators of sensitivity, validity. Results: the positive rate of CRP: infection group was 67. 6%, non infection group was 28. 1%. The positive rate of CRP infection group was significantly higher than that of non infection group, comparisons between the two, with statistically significant differences ( P 〈0. 01 ), and blood cultures and blood routine comparison of CRP diagnosis of neonatal infection, the sensitivity, specificity and higher. Conclusion: CRP in bacterial infections of the newborn was elevated, CRP is a good indicator of early detection of neonatal bacterial infection, to guide the clinical medication, early.
