摘要
阐述了中国发展煤制烯烃项目的重要性,重点说明了煤制烯烃项目涉及的主要技术以及气化技术选择对煤制烯烃项目的重要性。对比分析了不同煤气化技术联产烯烃、天然气的技术经济情况,分析了采用不同煤气化技术对装置规模、技术路线及技术经济的影响。结果表明:采用块(碎)煤熔渣加压气化技术联产烯烃、天然气优于气流床气化技术。分析认为发展煤制烯烃多联产项目是可行的且前景广阔。
Analyse the significance of developing coal to olefin industry tor China, as well as me importance of gasification technologies selection for the industry. Compare the economic benefits of different coal gasification technologies for olefin and natural gas production. Analyse the effect of different technologies on installation scale, technology routes, technology economy. The results show that, lump coal or crushed coal pressurized gasification technologies are better than entrained flow gasification ones. The coal gasification polygeneration for olefin production has broad application aspects.
