摘要 为了满足电力通信线路管理的要求,开发了基于GIS的电力通信线路管理系统。首先给出了电力通信线路管理系统的系统结构、开发工具和数据应用;然后分析了系统的相应功能及其实现技术;最后阐述了最优路径规划算法在电力通信线路中的应用。重点描述了A*算法的基本思想和最优路径的编程实现。在工程应用中,本系统提高了电力通信光纤的管理、规划和故障及时抢修的能力。 According to the requirement of the electric power communication line management, the electric power communication line management system based on geographic information system (GIS) is developed. Firstly, the sys- tem structure, development platform and data application of electric power communication line system is given respec- tively, and the system functions and its developing methods are presented. Then, the application of the optimal route planning algorithm in electric power communication line management system is described, and the basic idea of A* al- gorithm and the programming of the optimal route is emphasized. Finally, the management and planning of the electric power communication line and the ability of fauh timely emergency repair are improved in the engineering application.
