摘要
介绍了热解焦粉湿法气流床气化工业试烧试验。试验采用热解焦粉(半焦)为原料,选用西北化工研究院多元料浆气化技术,在5万t/a合成氨装置上,在1 350℃、1.3 MPa(g)的操作条件下,与神府煤按不同比例混合,进行了煤/焦(干基)质量比分别为:88/12、77/23、69/31的试烧试验。通过试验考察了该焦粉的成浆性能及气化特性,获取了焦粉气化的关键数据,可供以焦粉为原料的大型煤气化装置的工程设计参考。
The commercial test of the entrained flow coke fines wet gasification was introduced. The muhielement slurry gasification technology from the Northwest Chemical Research Institute was adopted, using the pyrolytic coke fines (semi-coke) as the feed material blended with different proportions (88/12,77/23,69/31, respectively) of Shenfu coal (dry basis). The test was carried out at a 50 000 t/a ammonia plant at the temperature of 1 350℃ and pressure of 1.3 MPa (g) to investigate its slurry ability and its gasification features. The key parameters obtained can be used as a reference for the engineering design of large gasification plants using coke fines as the feed material.
