摘要
目的:研究老年心血管患者的临床特点及护理方法。方法:将82例患者随机分成两组,即对照组和试验组,每组41例,对照组采用心脑血管病的常规护理方法,试验组在对照组基础上根据患者的临床特点采取护理措施,比较两组患者对护理人员的满意度及在护理前后焦虑评分情况。结果:试验组对护理人员的满意度为97.56%高于对照组的73.17%,试验组干预后的焦虑评分低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过分析心脑血管病患者的临床特点制定护理计划,增强了患者对护理人员的满意度,减轻了焦虑情绪,患者乐于接受,加速疾病康复。
Objective： To study the clinical features and methods of care for the elderly cardiovascular patients.Methods： 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and experimental group, and each group was of 41 patients.The control group was taken with conventional methods of care of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, the experimental group was taken with care measures according to the clinical characteristics on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction levels and anxiety scores before and after care of the two groups were compared.Results： The satisfaction level of the experimental group （97.56%） was higher than the control group（73.17%）, The anxiety scores in the experiment group after the intervention were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： By analyzing the clinical features to develop the care plan of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, can enhance patients＇ satisfaction of nursing staff, alleviate anxiety, patients are willing to accept, and it can accelerate recovery of disease.
