摘要
随着报刊出版单位体制改革意见的出台加快了中国期刊改革的步伐,期刊改革势在必行。中国畜牧兽医学术类期刊一直受发行量小、经费投入不足、编辑队伍不稳定等诸多问题的困扰。如何使学术类期刊在改革的浪潮中不被淘汰,更好地适应市场化经营是一个亟待解决的问题。意旨在研究分析畜牧兽医学术类期刊优秀的管理方法、办刊理念和经营策略,以同类期刊借鉴参考,使其发挥自身优势,提高期刊竞争力,更好地适应期刊改革的发展。对畜牧兽医类"全国中文核心期刊"中的8种学术类期刊采用了文献调研法和问卷调查法,分析了畜牧兽医学术类期刊的现状,从期刊准确定位、突出办刊特色、稳定编辑队伍、提高稿件学术水平、组建国际化审稿专家库、适时创办英文版和建立中英文网络化平台7个方面,提出了畜牧兽医学术类期刊的经营策略,为畜牧兽医学术类期刊能够可持续发展提供参考。
With the acceleration of promulgation of system reform opinions of the newspaper publishing company to the pace of journals reform,periodicals reform is imperative.Academic periodicals of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine had always been affected by small circulation,inadequate funding,unstable editing team etc.How to make academic periodicals not to be eliminated in the recent reform and better to adapt to the market-oriented operation was an urgent problem.The purpose of this paper was to research the efficient management methods,publishing philosophy,operating strategies of academic periodicals of animal husbandry and veterinary,in order to use for reference for other academic periodicals and improve the journal competitiveness.Literature research method and questionnaire method were performed to study 8 academic periodicals of national Chinese core journals.The current situations of academic periodicals of the animal husbandry and veterinary were analyzed and operating strategies were put forward in terms of accurate positioning journals,highlighting the journals features,stabilizing editorial team,improving the article academic standards,organizing international reviewer and establishing English network platform,which may offer reference for sustainable development of academic periodicals of animal husbandry and veterinary industry.
