摘要
对以烷基取代苯和氯磺酸为起始原料,经磺化反应、酰氯化反应制备烷基取代苯磺酰氯的合成工艺进行了研究,探索了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产品收率的影响,优化了工艺条件,烷基取代苯磺酰氯收率达86%.
Alkyl benzene sulfonyl chloride was synthesized by using alkyl substituted benzene and chlorosulfonic acid as the basic materials through sulfonation and acyl chlorination. The effects of the mole ratio of the materials, reaction temperature and reaction time on yield were investigated, the technological condition had been optimized. The yield of alkyl benzene sulfo- chloride could reach 86%.
