摘要
立足于农村物流管理者和研究者的视角,从目标、主体、客体、载体和功能五个方面构建了我国现代农村物流体系的管理和研究框架,对农村物流体系各组成部分中的关键因素进行了分析,确定了研究与管理农村物流体系的关键问题和关键技术,如:目标的衡量、相关利益主体的组织与相互合作、客体的交易与质量保证、载体的规划与运行、冷链技术的应用、标准化体系的建立与推广等,据此提出了提升我国农村物流水平的相关建议,以期对农村物流的管理者、主要参与者和研究人员开拓管理、经营和研究的思路。
In this paper, we constructed the framework for the management and study of modern rural logistics system in China on the aspects of objective, subject, object, carrier and function, analyzed the key factors of the various components of the system, identified the key problems and technologies, such as measurement of the objective, organization and cooperation of the stakeholders, transaction and quality warranty of the objects, programming and operation of the carriers, application of the cdd-chain technology, establishment and promotion of the standard systems, etc. On such basis, we offered corresponding suggestions to improve the level of rural logistics in China.
