摘要 肿瘤一直是威胁人类健康的重要致死性疾病,近年来其发病率逐渐上升。随着基因分子水平的深入研究,肿瘤发病机制取得了部分进展。越来越多的研究表明,微小RNA(miRNA)-200家族与肿瘤的发生密切相关,本文主要对近年来miRNA-200参与肿瘤细胞增殖、分化、侵袭和转移等过程的机制方面做一综述,希望能对肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗和预后判断有所帮助,以降低病死率。 Tumor has been a life - threatening disease to human and has increasing incidence in recent years. Genetic and molecular research has unveiled cancer pathogenesis to certain extent. Increasingly more studies have shown that miRNA - 200s is closely related with the occurrence of cancer. Therefore, this paper reviews the mechanism of miRNA - 200 involving in tumor cell proliferation, differentiation, invasion and metastasis.
