摘要
目的 了解儿童智力低下发生的相关因素。 方法 通过 2 6 6对母亲 ,10 0余个因素的调查 ,并作配对 χ2检验和条件 L ogistic回归分析。 结果 有 42个因素智力低下组和对照组间的差异有显著性意义 ,经条件 L ogistic回归分析提示 :孕早期母亲高热为高度有害因素 ,新生儿窒息、低出生体重、胎儿窒息、母亲初中及以下文化程度为中度有害因素。父亲初中及以下文化程度为微弱有害因素 ,孕期接受营养咨询为微弱保护因素。 结论 为减少儿童智力低下的发生须充分重视防治孕妇发热 ,避免胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息和早产的发生 ,提高群体文化水平 ,普及优生优育知识。
Objective To find out the relative risk factors of childhood mental retardation. Methods More than 100 relative risk factors were surveyed. The results were analysed by using the paired Chi square test and the conditional Logistic regression. Results Between the mental retardation and the control group, there were 42 factors that differed significantly. The Logistic regression analysis revealed that mother having high fever in the first trimester rated the high risk factor. Neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight, fetal distress as well as mother having lower education level were the medium risk factors and father having lower education level was a low risk factor. However mother receiving nutrition consultation during pregnancy was a mild protective factor against mental retardation. Conclusion In order to reduce the morbidity of childhood mental retardation, attentions should be paid to prevent and manage maternal fever, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and premature labor. Meantime, efforts should be made to strengthen the knowledge of improving birth outcome and child development in the whole population.
