摘要
文中针对塔里木河流域沙漠化预测预警的迫切需要,建立塔里木河流域沙漠化数据库、模型库,以VB+SuperMapObjects(C/S)、c#+SuperMap IS.NET(B/S)为混合架构,实现了预警监测系统和WEBGIS发布系统的建立。结合监测数据及预测模型对研究区进行预测预警,结果表明预测精度高达90%。该系统解决了多元GIS数据在关系型数据库中高效存储与组织问题,此外野外集沙系统的实时监测传输系统使系统功能更加完善。该预警系统为塔河下游量身定做,并具有一定的普适性,可为政府相关部门、研究人员提供决策支持服务,已在实际应用中发挥了重要作用。
To meet the urgent needs of desenification monitoring in the Tarim River watershed, it established desertification and model da- tabases for the early warning monitoring system and WEBGIS in the study area based on an integrated framework of the VB+SuperMap Objects (C/S) and the c#+SuperMap IS. NET (B/S). By using the observed data and the prediction model for early warning, the results showed that around 90% prediction accuracy could be achieved. The proposed system can provide an efficient storage and organization for multivariate GIS data in relational database, and the real time monitoring system of the field sand collection could improve the per- formance of the system. The proposed system is originally developed for the downstream of the Tarim River watershed. Due to the univer sality, the system can support decision making for related government departments and researchers, and has played an important role in practice.
