摘要
目的对基层妇保院的产后访视工作的效果和产妇的满意度进行调查,探讨如何提高访视效果和产妇对访视工作的满意度。方法对498名产妇进行产后护理和访视需求情况、产妇对产后访视的满意情况的原因进行调查分析。结果产妇大多需要产后护理服务,其获得产后护理知识的最主要来源为相关媒体,产后护理服务最需要的内容为产后身体康复指导知识,仍有部分产妇对目前的产后访视工作不满意。结论基层妇保院应加强产后访视的管理,改进访视效果和产妇对访视工作的满意度。
Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of postpartum visit and patient satisfaction in grassroots maternal and child healthcare hospitals and discuss how to improve the effectiveness of postpartum visit and satisfaction of postpartum women. Methods： The paper investigated and anaiyzed the need of postpartum care and visit among 498 postpartum women and their satisfaction. Results： Most women were in need of postpartum care. The main source of their knowledge of postpartum care was media report. The most demanding postpartum care was guidance and knowledge on postpartum rehabilitation. Some women were not satisfied with current postpartum care and visit. Conclusion： Grassroots maternal and child heahhcare hospitals should strengthen management of postpartum care and visit to improve effectiveness of postpartum visit and satisfaction of postpartum women.
