摘要
针对实验发动机喉衬的热结构问题,从材料模型、边界条件和仿真方法三个方面阐述了喉衬热结构计算的新进展,获得了主要参数对喉衬热结构的影响。利用ABAQUS软件的子程序接口,编写了用于烧蚀、对流换热系数和压强载荷的计算程序,在计算中加入Jones-Nelson本构关系,提高了计算速度和精度。结果表明烧蚀、界面接触热阻、背壁热解对喉衬的温度场影响明显,是热结构分析中必须考虑的因素。
In this paper, the developments of the throat thermodynamic calculation are described from three parts: material model, boundary conditions and simulation methods. Focus on the thermal structure analysis of the motor throat; the influences of the throat thermo elastic stress about the important parameters are discussed. And, the computational program by ABAQUS for the thermal erosion, pressure distributing and convective heat transfer coefficients is indicated with Jones-Nelson constitutive equations Numerical computing results were compared for many cases with different experimental ones. It is shown that the thermal erosion, contact resistance of the interface and the pyroliytic of backup have the consequences of the throat temperature distribution.
