摘要
对长吉图开发开放先导区物流产业的发展均衡度与集聚度进行测度分析,利用吉林省各市县年鉴和调研数据对该先导区物流产业区域不平衡和行业不平衡程度进行定量测度。结果表明,长吉图开发开放先导区物流产业集聚程度不断提高,物流产业主要集中于长吉图先导区中少数的几个大城市中,形成了具有地方特色的产业集聚,促进了产业集聚地的发展水平,拉大了大城市与小城市之间的差距,物流产业在长吉图先导区内的发展越来越不平衡,分析的结果可以为政府机关及各级主体部门制定应对政策提供有价值的参考。
In this paper, we analyzed the balance and conglomeration of the development of the logistics industry in the Chang-ji-tu pilot development and open-up zone, and measured quantitatively the level of unbalance among the regions and industries of the zone using the annuals and survey findings of the cities and counties of Jilin. We found that the level of industrial conglomeration within the zone was increasing consistantly; the fact that the logistics industry was mainly concentrated in the few large cities of the pilot zone promoted the formation of the industrial conglomeration with local characteristics and the development level of the cities, yet it,also expanded the gap between the larger and smaller cities; and the development of the logistics industry within the Chang-ji-tu pilot zone had become increasingly unbalanced.
