摘要
目的:探讨LiCA光激化学发光检测仪使用中的常见问题及处理方法。方法:通过对检验人员的严格培训,采集合格的血液标本,建立规范的仪器维护和保养制度等一系列措施来合理使用光激化学发光检测仪。结果:合格的标本和规范的检测,确保了检验结果的准确性,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供了可靠的依据;同时,使光激化学发光检测仪在临床使用过程中维持最佳工作状态,从而降低了仪器故障率,延长了使用寿命。结论:只有采集合格的血液标本,建立规范的仪器操作规程,才能保证检验结果的准确性,对提高医疗质量、减少医患纠纷有着极其重要的意义。
Objective To explore the common problems and treating methods of LiCA light-initiated chemiluminescence analyzer. Methods Light-initiated chemiluminescence analyzer was used reasonably through a series of measures such as the strict training of laboratorian, collecting qualified blood samples and setting up standardized instrument maintenance system. Results Qualified specimens and standardized test, with the accuracy of the test results ensured, provided a reliable basis for disease diagnosis and treatments. At the same time, the instrument malfunction was reduced and the life was prolonged through maintaining the light-initiated chemiluminescence analyzer at best working state in the process of clinical use. Conclusion Collecting qualified blood specimen and setting up standardized instrument operation procedures are very important to ensure the accuracy of the test results, improve the quality of medical treatment and decrease medical disputes.
