摘要 建立了离心式风机变速运行性能含待定系数的多项式数学模型,采用最小二乘法对额定转速下的实验数据进行拟合,求得该转速下模型的待定系数;依据相似理论推导出额定转速与其它转速下待定系数的关系,求得其它转速下模型的待定系数;计算实例表明:模型计算结果与实验数据具有较好的一致性。 Mathematical polynomials model of centrifugal fan variable speed operation performance with undetermined coefficients has been established. Experimental data of the rated speed was fitted to the model by using the method of least squares and the undetermined coefficient was obtained. Based on the similarity theory to derive the relationship of undetermined coefficient of the rated speed and other speed, the relationship of undetermined coefficients of other speeds was obtained. The calculation examples show that the calculation results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental data.
