摘要
目前我国大学战略定位存在的主要问题是:目标市场不明、缺乏正确的竞争思想、缺乏有效的竞争策略等问题。大学可以通过差异化战略选择提高市场竞争力。差异化战略选择取决于目标市场的确立以及大学在目标市场中的竞争实力。差异化战略的实践首先需要借鉴国外已有经验,同时从大学文化建设、教学优势、师资特色等维度来构建大学的独特性。
The article reviewed the major problems with the strategic position of higher learning advance: vague market orientation, deficient competitive consciousness, ineffective competitive strategies, etc. It, thus, proposes that differentiating strategy be taken to uplift market competitiveness that lies in target market orientation and universities' edging power. The strategy can be approached through learning from foreign experiences and constructing higher learning projections in the dimensions of college culture nurture, instructional advantages and faculty merits.
