摘要
目的探讨COPD患者痰白细胞介素4(interleukin,IL-4)、IL-10、干扰素-γ(interferon,INF-γ)水平及临床意义。方法老年COPD患者共60例(重度20例,中度20例,轻度20例),正常对照20例。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验,检测诱导痰IL-4、IL-10、INF-γ水平。结果①急性期重、中度COPD组痰IL-4水平低于轻度组(P<0.05)。②急性期重度组痰IL-10水平均高于轻度组。治疗后重度、中度组痰IL-10水平均比治疗前显著升高(P均<0.01)。③重、中度组急性期痰IFN-γ值显著高于治疗后缓解期(P均<0.01),且重、中度组急性期痰IFN-γ值均高于轻度组。④老年COPD患者痰中IL-4与IL-10;IL-10与IFN-γ存在相关,IL-4与IFN-γ不存在相关。结论 COPD时Th1类细胞因子(IFN-γ)呈优势状态;前炎症因子水平增高。
Objective To investigate the levels of IL-4, IL-10, and INF-γ in elderly patients with COPD and its clinical implica- tions. Methods 60 elderly patients with COPD, including 20 severe cases, 20 moderate cases and 20 mild cases, were recruited into the study. Besides, 20 healthy people were taken as the control group. The levels of IL-4, IL-10, and INF-γ were detected by sandwich ELISA. Results 1. The level of IL-4 was obviously lower in the severe and moderate patients than in the mild patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ). 2. The level of IL-10 was obviously higher in the severe group than in the mild group, and it increased obviously after the treatment in the se- vere and moderate patients ( P 〈 0.01 ). 3. The level of INF-γ were significantly higher in the severe and moderate patients than in the re- mission period after the treatment. 4. The level of IL-10 was correlated with the levels of IL-4 and INF-γ ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but there was no relationship between IL-4 and INF-γ. Conclusion The levels of INF-γ, IL-4, and IL-10 in sputum during the treatment can reflect the changes of inflammatory conditions in the airways of COPD patients.
