摘要
通过对扭矩倍增器工作原理及结构特点的分析,结合目前扭矩倍增器使用和校准中存在的问题,对其重复性、方位误差和传动比误差进行测量。校准试验验证,扭矩倍增器要作为计量器具进行管理,并按照正确的校准方法进行校准。
The repeatability, azimuth error and transmission ratio error are measured for torque multipliers on base of the analyses on their working principles, structure characteristics, and current problems in their usage. It is proved by the calibration experiment that torque multipliers should be viewed as measuring instrument under cyclical management, and be operated in accordance with correct and reasonable calibration methods.
