摘要
为了满足木结构用材对阻燃与耐腐等性能的要求,采用硫酸镁、硼系处理剂与防水剂,复配制得复合处理剂(DBM),并将其用于处理南方松木材。检测结果表明,处理材达到强耐腐等级,抗流失性提高;处理材的有焰燃烧时间显著缩短,燃烧烟密度降低;处理材体积干缩率和吸水率降低;顺纹抗压强度略有增加,静曲强度和弹性模量变化不大。
In order to develop wood products with acceptable fire resistance and decay resistance, Southern Pine samples were treated with a boroncontaining wood preservative (DBM) which was a mixture of disodium octoborate tetrahydrate, boric acid, magnesium sulfate and dipropylene glycol methyl etherResults indicated that the boronbased preservative not only improved the fire resistance, decay resistance, and reduced its leachibility, but also decreased the volume shrinkage and water absorption of treated samples.
