摘要
润湿性是木质材料的一个重要界面特性,直接影响其胶合性能。为了优化集成材胶合工艺,以小径级杉木为研究对象,通过测量脲醛胶与聚氨酯胶在杉木试样表面的接触角,对杉木径切面、弦切面、心边材及不同粗糙度表面的润湿性进行了测评。结果表明:杉木径切面的润湿性优于弦切面,边材润湿性优于心材,并且表面润湿性随粗糙度的增加而提高。建议杉木集成材胶合时,尽量选择径切面作为胶合面,并适当增加胶合面的表面粗糙度。
To provide better understanding of the adhesion interface along the bonding line of Chinese fir glulam, the authors investigated the surface wettability of tangential section, radial section, heartwood, sapwood and different surface roughness The results showed that the wettability of a radial section was better than that on a tangential section, the wettability of sapwood surface was better than that on heartwood surface, and the wettability of samples improved with increasing the surface roughness.
