摘要
分别以浸渍法、共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了Zn-Fe复合氧化物。并以它们为催化剂,以氨基甲酸甲酯和甲醇为原料,在釜式反应器中合成了碳酸二甲酯(DMC),考察了煅烧温度对复合氧化物催化性能的影响,并采用XRD对制备的Zn-Fe复合氧化物进行了表征。结果表明,在相同反应条件下,溶胶-凝胶法制备的Zn-Fe复合氧化物具有最佳的催化活性,尤其是煅烧温度为500℃制备的Zn-Fe复合氧化物催化活性最高。由于Zn-Fe复合氧化物中出现了ZnO和ZnFe2O4晶相,二者的协同作用促进了DMC的合成。此外,所制备的Zn-Fe复合氧化物具有较好的稳定性和重复使用性。
Zn-Fe mixed oxides, which were prepared by impregnation, co-precipitation and sol-gel methods, were used as the catalyst for the dimethyl carbonate (DMC) synthesis from methyl carbamate and methanol in the batch reactor. Besides, the effect of calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of Zn-Fe mixed oxides prepared by sol-gel method was studied. It was found that the Zn-Fe mixed oxides prepared by sol-gel method possessed high catalytic performance for DMC synthesis, especially, the Zn-Fe mixed oxides calcined at 500℃. X-ray diffraction revealed that both ZnO and ZnFe2O4 appeared in Zn-Fe mixed oxides and their synergistic effect improved the DMC synthesis. In addition, the Zn-Fe mixed oxides presented good stability and reusability.
