摘要
在世纪之交 ,人文素质及人文教育受到中国高等教育界的普遍关注。本文拟对人文素质教育的内涵、缘由以及开展人文素质教育的观念、措施。
At the turning point of the transcentury, humane quality and humane education have been receiving general concern from the higher educational institutions in China. This essay unfolds itself over such facets as intention and reasons of humane quality education, and modes of thought, measures, implementing approaches with regard to how to boost the endeavour.
