文化视野下的中小学校管理变革

摘要 促进经济和社会(包括文化)的共同发展是近年来人们普遍关注的问题,中小学校作为社会文化的重要传承机构,更需要注重文化立校,促进其内涵式发展。文化管理是继科学管理模式之后的一种新型的更高级的管理形态,是驱动学校持续、能动发展的动力。抓好学校精神文化的培育、制度文化的构建、行为文化的养成和物质文化建设是促使学校管理焕发出文化活力的必由之路。 Promoting the common development of economy and society (including culture) is the issue of common concern in recent years. Primary and secondary school, as an important inheritance institution of the social culture, should pay particular attention to developing school through culture, and encourage its intension-type development. Culture administration is a new type of advanced management form following scientific management model, a driving force for school's sustainable and dynamic development. The only way for school to show cultural vitality is to attach great importance to cultivation of school spirit culture, construction of institutional culture, form of behavior culture and construction of material culture.
