摘要
文章阐述了钢筋混凝土双曲线冷却塔从基础到筒壁的施工方法和技术措施。冷却塔筒壁施工采用传统附着式三角架翻模施工工艺。三角架翻模施工工艺利用附着于筒壁上的工具式三角架作为施工操作平台,完成钢筋绑扎、模板支设、砼浇筑等分项工程。其优点是操作平台系统整体稳定性好,施工安全可靠;不需使用脚手架,节省了大量的周转材料,减少了脚手架装拆的工程量,加快了施工进度;施工技术易于掌握,便于推广,适应性强。
The paper illustrates the construction methods and technical measures of the reinforced concrete hyperbolic cooling tower from the base to the wall. The wall construction of cooling tower adopts the traditional construction technology with at-tached tripod turnover, which use the instrumental tripod attached the wall as the operation platform in order to complete pro-jects including the steel binding, the template erecting, the concrete pouring, etc. It can save a lot of recycle materials, reduce the quantities of the scaffold, accelerate construction schedule with its advantages that the whole stability of the operation plat-form system is good, the construction is safe and without the use of scaffolding. The construction technology has the merits such as easily mastery, extending and adaptable.
