摘要
露天采矿复采井工残煤的生产,赋予小流域治理的使命,使采矿生产、小流域治理、生态重建一体化,合理、协调、更富活力地解决能源、土地、环境间的矛盾。
In this paper, through open - pit mining repeated mining residual coal of underground mining, the author give the mission of the management of small watershed. And make the integration of the mining production, watershed management and ecological reconstruction. Being reasonable, coordina- tion, more vigour to solve the contradiction among energy, land and environment.
