摘要
用企业的"产品、质量、效益、品牌、市场"意识来开展高职办学,是改变传统的高职教育思路,探索高职教育教学改革,开展特色办学的有效途径。辽宁装备制造职业技术学院机械工程学院通过校企深层次的实质合作,共同进行专业建设和课程改革,把学生作为学校的"产品",提高培养"质量",从而更有效地提高社会"效益",树立学校的"品牌",赢得了学生的就业"市场"。
It is the effective approach for changing the traditional thought of higher vocational education, exploring the teaching reform of higher vocational education and developing characteristic running to develop higher vocational running with enterprises' awareness of "products, quality, benefit, brand and market". Through the further substantive cooperation between colleges and enterprises, Mechanical Engineering Department, Liaoning Equipment & Manufacture College makes major construction and curriculum reform, considering students as "products" to increase the cultivation of "quality". It can effectively increase social "benefits" and establish college's "brand" to win students' employment "market".
