心脏手术后胸骨感染的外科治疗体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结心脏手术后胸骨感染的外科治疗措施与效果。方法以我院2010年1月—2012年7月入院进行心脏手术的患者892例为研究对象,对于已经确定感染的患者首先要做好急性阶段的治疗,早期发现、及时引流,彻底清创,实施局部单纯置管开放式引流、带血管蒂肌皮瓣转移法、闭式灌洗引流法、封闭填塞法。将感染的伤口经处理后按无菌伤口一期缝合,从而达到短期治愈。结果 34例患者中2例并发感染性心内膜炎后心力衰竭死亡,3例清创术后形成窦道,其余均在4周内伤口愈合出院。结论早期发现、及时引流、去除异物、负压吸引及药物滴入等措施,可使感染得到控制或治愈。经外科清创、皮瓣转移等手术治疗,能在短期内治愈。控制感染要从术前术后的各个环节做起,加强临床抗感染治疗,保证患者生活质量。
