摘要
系统涉及地税征、管、查、处工作、党风廉政、行政日常事务共六百多个风险点及考核指标,采用面向对象的方法进行预警模型设计。系统在试点单位(有300多个员工)实施应用了三年,取得了一定成效。目前发布的4.0版本已经在十四个县(市、区)局全面安装使用。
The system involves more than six hundreds risk points and assessment indicators including levy,management,inspection and amercement works,Party＇s conduct and honest administration,routine administrative affairs in regard to local taxation system.In this paper we use the object-oriented methods to design early warning model.The system has been implemented in a pilot unit with over 300 employees for three years,and has achieved certain effect.The version 4.0 released presently has already been installed and used in taxation bureaus of 14 counties（municipalities,districts）.
