摘要
卫星通信是当前应急通信研究领域发展的热点之一。针对应急通信的特点,论述了开展应急卫星通信研究的必要性,介绍了典型系统的组成框架和关键技术。提出了系统设计中采用高阶调制和先进编码技术有机结合的方法,运用动态带宽分配的网络管理机制,提高卫星资源的使用效率,降低了运行费用,增强了系统的传输能力。建立多平台、多手段综合的应急卫星通信系统是未来应急通信的发展方向。
The satellite communication is one of the development hotspots of emergency communication research field. Aiming at the characteristics of emergency communication, this paper discusses the necessity of emergency satellite communication research, and introduces the composition and key techniques of typical system. In system design, it adopts the combination of high-order modulation with advanced coding technique and such network management mechanism as dynamic bandwidth allocation to increase the service efficiency of sateUite resource, decrease the running cost and improve system transmission capability. The construction of emergency satellite communication system based on multi-platform and multi-method integration is a development trend of future emergency communication.
