摘要
汽车车灯反光罩是一种高成形质量的抛物线零件。通过固体颗粒介质成形工艺成功地成形出了车灯反光罩。通过数值模拟分析了成形过程中料厚变化,确定了合理压边限制距离,优化了模具结构。按照模拟结果,通过试验获得了成形过程中各阶段成形参数及工件。它能直接成形出深抛物线型零件,而实验结果验证了数值模拟的准确性。
The reflector of light is a kind of parabola-shaped piece of high forming quality. The reflector of light is successfully formed by solid granules medium forming technology. The variable material thickness in metal forming processes was analyzed by numerical simulation. The reasonable blank-holder clearance was determined. And the die structure was optimized. According to the simulation results, each stage of forming parameters and workpieces were obtained through scientific experiment, which can form deep parabola-shaped parts directly. And the results of the experiment proved the accuracy of the numerical simulation.
