摘要 在对战时油料保障网络要素进行分析的基础上,探讨了其发展过程,并且从油料保障时间效益的角度建立组织关系与地理位置两个网络对战时联勤油料保障时效性进行分析,构建了联勤保障的时间效益函数,并研究了其演化算法。 In this paper, based on analysis support network elements, we explores the tess to build relationship and location netw of wartime POL development proorks. Through the analysis of time-consuming about wartime oil joint logistic support, to buiht a time-effective function of POL support, and to study its evolution algorithm.
