摘要
功能性寡糖在养鸡生产中具有调节肠道微生态菌群、改善肠道结构、提高饲料表观消化率、增强免疫应答、提高机体免疫力、提高动物生产性能、改善肉质等效果,并且还可以降低热应激和冷应激对鸡的伤害。文章就其结构学作用及在养鸡生产中的应用作以论述。
