摘要
介绍了醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳的应用,对血清蛋白醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳在实验教学过程中遇到的问题进行了研究,通过分析其电泳图谱,指出得到不良实验结果的原因,进一步探索提高其分离效果并得到良好结果的方法。
The application of cellulose acetate membrance electrophoresis was introduced, and the problem which occurred in experimentation and teaching of cellulose acetate membrance electrophoresis of serum protein was researched in this paper. The reason of the unperfect experimental results was dis- cussed by analysing the electrophoregram. At last, the methods to get the perfect experimental results were discussed.
