摘要
目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)稳定期患者肺康复技术的进展及相关评估方法。方法:通过查阅文献资料搜集近几年国内外与肺康复技术相关的内容进行整理、分析、归纳。结果:肺康复技术是COPD稳定期患者的主要管理措施,现已被广泛应用于临床。结论:目前肺康复技术尚未有统一的治疗标准及疗效判定标准,在临床上应根据患者的实际情况确定适合患者的个体化治疗方案,对于临床干预效果具有重要意义。
Objective：To study chronic the progress and assessment of pulmonary rehabilitation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：Collate and summarize the related content about pulmonary rehabilitation technology through access to literature at home and abroad in recent years. Results：Pulmonary rehabilitation is the main management measure in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and widely used in clinical now. Conclusion ： Pulmonary rehabilitation technology has not yet unified standards of care and treatment. Evaluation standards should be based on the actual situation of the patient to determine individualized treatment plan for patients in clinical.
