摘要
着重介绍了《补注瘟疫论》中对大头瘟的认识及治疗方药,分析了大头瘟的特点。对大头瘟的病因病机、致病因素、临床表现进行了详细的阐述,同时介绍了《补注瘟疫论》强调根据发病部位归经用药、治疗大头瘟应从头部区分表里进行治疗、先缓而后急等对于大头瘟治疗三个方面的独到之处。介绍了经典方药普济消毒饮,清热解毒、祛疫疠之气,为治疗大头瘟的常用方剂。
This article has intensively introduced the understanding and treatment prescription for epidemic infection with swollen head in Supplement for Treatise on Pestilence and the characteristics of this epidemic disease is analyzed. And it has interpreted the pathogen- esis, pathogenic factor, and clinical manifestation of the fever in details. Besides, this article proposed three kinds of remedy for the fever in Supplement to Treatise on Pestilence, included treatment of position of lesion, intervention of the exterior and interior, and transition from lentitude to violence. Prescriptions such as universal brief decoction for disinfection, which is commonly used for clearing away heat and toxic material, were also recommended for the fever with a swollen head in this article.
