摘要
采用分光光度法,以L-抗坏血酸为标准对照品,测定了磷钨酸、磷钼酸和硅钨酸等三种杂多酸对羟基自由基(.OH)的清除效果.实验结果表明,抗坏血酸的EC50为57.68mmol/L,磷钨酸、磷钼酸和硅钨酸的EC50分别为10.43 mmol/L,11.08 mmol/L和6.08 mmol/L,三种杂多酸对.OH具有一定的清除能力,且都要强于强抗氧化剂Vc,其清除能力大小为:硅钨酸>磷钨酸>磷钼酸.
This paper adopted Spectrophotometry method and used Ascorbic acid as standard contrast, determined the clearence effect of three kinds of acid of Phosphotungstic acid (H3 [ P ( W3O10 ) 4]·xH2O ), Phosphomolybdicacid (H3 [ P ( Mo3O10 )4 ), Silicotungsticacid ( H4[ Si ( W3O10 ) 4]·x H2O ) to hydroxyl radical (· OH) .The results showed that the EC50 of Ascorbic acid was 57.68mmol/L,and the EC50 of Phosphotungstic acid, Phosphomolybdic acid, Silicotungstic acid were 10.43 mmol/L,11.08 mmol/L and 6.08 mmol/L,and all the three kinds of Heteropoly acid had a better clearence effect to hydroxyl radical (·OH) than strong oxidants Vc.Then the scavenging effect was Silicotungstic acid 〉 Phosphotungstic acid 〉 Phosphomolybdic acid.
