摘要
为了明确久安古茶树春梢特征及品质特性,为久安古茶树的适制性和合理开发利用提供科学依据。以24个久安古茶树单株春梢为研究对象,对其芽叶性状和1芽1叶中主要生化成分的含量进行了测定。结果表明:久安古茶树春梢芽叶色泽以绿色或黄绿色为主,芽叶光泽性、持嫩性较好,茸毛含量较高;各材料间生化成分含量差异较大,茶多酚含量在22.08%~42.34%,均值为32.02%;游离氨基酸总量在2.26%~4.69%,均值为3.30%;咖啡碱含量在2.77%~5.20%;水浸出物含量在13.40%~56.01%,平均值为38.47%。24个材料中,19号和20号最宜制作绿茶,3号最宜制红茶。而3号、4号、5号、6号、7号和8号材料具有明显的高茶多酚特性。
In order to figure out the leaf bud and quality characters of spring shoot of Jiuan ancient tea tree, provide a scientific basis for a- daptability of Jiuan tea tree and utilize it rationally, 24 spring shoots of individual tea trees were used as the objects, characters of leaf bud were investigated, biochemical components of the leaf with one bud were determined as well. The results showed that the main colors of spring shoot were green and yellow-green. In addition, the brightness of leaf bud, shoot tenderness-keeping ability and content of pubescence were better. However, different individual tea tree had a great difference in the biochemical components. Contents of tea polyphenol (TP) ranged from 22.08 % to 42.34 % with an average of 32.02 %. The total contents of free amino acids were 2.26 % -4.69 % and the aver- age value was 3.30 %. The caffeine contents were 2.77 % -5.20 %. Total contents of water extract were 13.40 %-56.01% and the mean value was 38.47 %. Among all kinds of study objects, No. 19 and No. 20 were the most suitable for producing green tea, and the most appropriate one for making black tea was No. 3. Furthermore, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8 were of significantly high content of TP.
